February 20, 2025, Saitama, Japan – Tamron Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Saitama City), a leading manufacturer of optics for diverse applications, announces a new firmware update scheduled on February 20, 2025, for 35-150mm F\/2-2.8 Di III VXD (Model A058) for Sony E-mount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this new firmware update, AF performance during zooming will be improved when shooting videos and still images (in AF-C mode). Additionally, with \u03b19 III, when its focus mode is set to AF-S, DMF, or MF, it will support continuous shooting at up to approximately 120 frames per second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
